Ingredients
For 4 servings.
- Oats 160 g
- Milk 600 ml
- Dates 8
- Almonds 30 g
- Honey 1 tbsp

Chop the toppings 3 min
Remove the stones from the dates and chop them. Roughly chop the almonds.
Ready when: Dates and almonds are in small pieces.

Warm the milk 3 min
Pour the milk into the saucepan and heat on medium until small bubbles appear at the edges. Do not let it boil over.
Ready when: Tiny bubbles around the edge.

Cook the oats 5 min
Stir in the oats and half the dates. Turn to low and cook, stirring often so it does not stick.
Ready when: The porridge is creamy and coats the spoon.

Serve 2 min
Spoon into bowls and top with the rest of the dates, the almonds and a drizzle of honey.
Ready when: Warm bowls with toppings.
