Ingredients

- Oats 240 g
- Milk 500 ml
- Yogurt 200 g
- Bananas 2
- Dates 8
- Honey 2 tbsp

Mix the base at night 3 min
In a bowl or jars stir together the oats, milk and yogurt.
Ready when: No dry oats are left.

Add half the dates 4 min
Remove the stones, chop the dates and stir half into the oats. Cover.
Ready when: Dates are spread through the oats.

Refrigerate overnight 360 min
Keep in the fridge for at least 6 hours so the oats soften.
Ready when: Oats are soft and thick.

Top at sehri 3 min
Stir, add a splash of milk if too thick, then top with sliced banana, the rest of the dates and honey.
Ready when: Ready to eat cold, no cooking needed.
