- Rose syrup (Rooh Afza) 80 ml
- Dates 4

Chill the milk 2 min
Use cold milk from the fridge (boiled and cooled if using fresh milk).
Ready when: Milk is cold.

Mix 2 min
Pour the milk into the jug, add the Rooh Afza and stir well. Taste and add a little more syrup if you want it sweeter.
Ready when: Evenly pink with no syrup at the bottom.

Serve 1 min
Fill glasses with ice, pour the milk over and serve with dates.
Ready when: Chilled and ready for iftar.
